Peel Ply

Peel Ply is a fabric frequently used in the composite manufacturing process.

High Temperature Resistance & Tear Resistance: Peel Ply is suitable for extreme high temperature applications due to its high temperature resistance and high strength. The peel ply is manufactured with advanced technology to ensure that the surface is clean and pollution-free. It also has good tear resistance, making it durable and long-lasting.

Stomata Control: Peel Ply absorbs excess resin, thereby reducing the formation of pores. This helps increase the strength and durability of the composite.

Anti-pollution: Peel Ply can prevent impurities such as dust from entering the composite material, ensuring that the surface of the product is clean.

Surface quality: Peel Ply helps improve the surface finish of composite materials and achieve better appearance.

2 layer flow media (flow media + release film) is mainly used in vacuum infusion process, it can make the resin fast infiltrate into any part of the products. Save part of the vacuum infusion process and greatly improve efficiency.

Resin Infusion Spiral Tubing

Spiral Tubing is a resin infusion standard and is ideally suited for in-bag vacuum line extenders or resin feed lines. This tubing is often used in vacuum infusion to allow vacuum pressure to be easily dispersed around a part. To ensure resin flow is not impeded, we recommend wrapping tubing in nylon or polyester peel ply.
